Shareholder application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a shareholder in the Genetics Australia Co-operative Society Limited.
As a Co-operative, Genetics Australia exists to help farmers to maximise their farm productivity and profitability. We achieve this by producing high-quality genetics, proven under Australian conditions and made available at reasonable cost. We have a clear obligation to act in the interest of farmers and their industry and through innovation and initiative to build the strength of the Co-operative to deliver future benefits.
The minimum shareholding is 50 shares of $2.00 face value, against which 70 cents per share has been called up.
To apply for the minimum number of 50 shares, you will need to:
 Print out the share application form (available at right)
Complete and sign the form
Include a cheque for $35.00
Post to Genetics Australia, PO Box 195, Bacchus Marsh, 3340.
